1. The service
Covely is a discovery platform for independent creative work and a private-preview Godot development tool. Marketplace listings may direct you to a creator-controlled external store or download page. Covely does not process those transactions, hold funds, deliver paid files, or determine the external platform's refund terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Registration may be closed or invite-only. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Creator submissions
You keep ownership of your work. By submitting profile and listing material, you give Covely a non-exclusive licence to display, format, cache, and promote that material as necessary to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights required to publish the material and link to its destination.
4. External transactions
A purchase, download, refund, licence, tax, warranty, or support relationship formed on another platform is between you, the creator, and that platform. Review the destination's terms before completing a transaction. A displayed price is informational and may differ from the external destination.
5. Moderation
Listings are reviewed before publication. We may reject, unpublish, limit, or remove accounts and material that violate these terms, our content policy, applicable law, or the safety of the service. Editing reviewed public fields can return a listing to moderation.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its systems, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, distribute malware, or publish prohibited material. The content policy forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and previews
Covely and Covely Engine are provided on an as-available basis. Preview features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. Keep independent copies and version history for work you create with preview software.
8. Ending access
You may ask to close your account by contacting legal@covely.io. We may suspend access where necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes.
